Delivery
Home with Hounds dispatch all items from the UK and currently only deliver to the UK. Orders will be delivered by Royal Mail or Evri, but we may opt to use an alternative carrier for your order without prior notice.
Every order placed from Home with Hounds receives a FREE gift with their purchase. The gift could be anything from our 'All Treats' page. The gift will be subject to availability and therefore will vary with each order.
Free Delivery = spend at least £39.99 in a single transaction and get free standard delivery to your chosen address.
Standard Delivery = (estimated 3 - 5 business days from dispatch) the cost will be £3.49 for order values up to £39.99.
Express Delivery = (estimated 2 - 3 business days from dispatch) the cost will be £4.49 for all order values.
Next Day Delivery = (estimated 1 business day from dispatch) the cost will be £5.99 for all order values.
Packing materials including boxes, mail carrier bags, padded envelopes and card are recycled and recyclable, where possible. This is dependent on the availability from suppliers.
We aim to dispatch your items within 2 business days from the point of order.
After dispatch, we cannot guarantee delivery times, as they are the responsibility of the carrier and may vary from region to region or during peak periods.
Returns & Exchanges
We do our best to provide quality products that you and your dog will love and want all customers to be happy with their purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 business days from the date of your order’s dispatch.
Please use the contact form or email us directly at info@homewithhounds.co.uk with your name, order number and details of the item/s to be returned. We will then provide the relevant return info and address.
We can exchange or arrange full refunds for any items that are returned to us in new condition, therefore they must be unused and undamaged. If you believe the product to be faulty/damaged, please see our Terms and Conditions for more details.
Please note that we cannot refund delivery fees from your original order and the customer is responsible for any costs incurred to post the product/s back to us. Return labels will not be provided.
All sale items are final and non-refundable.
Cancellations
If you decide you want to cancel your order, you can do so prior to dispatch. Please notify us as soon as possible, as we cannot cancel orders that have already been dispatched. If the item has already been sent out, please initiate the returns process as detailed above.
